Early contract cancellation is permitted via written response or via Web Form within 8 days of contract reception or start of the service plan, whichever is the later date.
In case of cancellation the customer:
1) Will be void of paying penalties or charged a contract cancellation fee.
2) Will bear the expenses of administrative fees and telecommunication services(usage of data, calls made) until the cancellation of the contract.
3) Will not be subjected to recurring billing payments as the service covers telecommunications services only.

Should the 8 day cancellation window pass and in the unlikely event that the customer has completed the contract under misrepresentation, duress, intimidation or confusion, proper documentation can be submitted for evaluation and cancellation of the contract reconsidered.
