Line Restart Time
If you are late in paying your monthly fee, your line will be suspended.
After that, once we receive confirmation of your payment, your line will be reactivated within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
*Please note that we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
(If payment is made on Friday, the line will be restarted from Monday to Tuesday of the following week.)
Line Restart Fee
After confirming the payment, we will proceed with the reactivation procedure, but you will be charged a line reactivation fee at that time.
A fee of 1,100 yen (tax included) will be charged for each suspension/restart procedure, and a bill will be charged each time the procedure is completed.
